Virtual assistant (VA) support via POD-based teams
GoHighLevel (GHL) account setup and configuration
Automation, CRM, and operational support
Optional ongoing management and optimization
Specific scope is defined in proposals, onboarding documents, or service agreements.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information and timely access
Maintain valid licenses/subscriptions for third-party tools
Ensure legal compliance for your campaigns, messaging, and data
Review and approve all automations before launch
We are not responsible for business outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue results.
3. POD Hours & Usage
POD hours are pooled team hours, not tied to a single individual
Hours reset monthly unless otherwise stated
Unused hours do not roll over
Overages are billed at agreed rates
Micromanagement or real-time monitoring of individual team members is not provided.
4. Payments & Billing
Fees are billed monthly or one-time as agreed
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
Late payments may result in service suspension
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required to perform services.
6. Intellectual Property
Client-owned content remains the client’s property
Internal SOPs, templates, workflows, and systems remain our intellectual property
Upon termination, access to proprietary materials is revoked
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice per the agreed billing cycle.
Upon termination:
Outstanding balances remain due
Client is responsible for changing passwords and revoking access
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss caused by third-party platforms
Compliance violations related to client campaigns
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jet High Level Experts from claims arising out of your business operations, content, or misuse of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction – e.g., Philippines], without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
